Personal Graduation Plan
The personal graduation plan is a working document used by counselors to track student completion of graduation requirements. It is a tool used to document grades, endorsement selections, and coursework. The personal graduation plan is an opportunity for students, parents/guardians, and counselors/administrators to meet each student's individual needs and is necessary to ensure college and career readiness for all of our students.
