Bus Rider Contract
All students must have a current Bus Rider Contract on file for each year. If you did not submit a contract during your Returning Student Registration, please click the link below for the contract, fill it out, and return to the Transportation Department.
Email all contracts to bus_contracts@midlothianisd.org or deliver to 601 E. Avenue E, Midlothian, TX 76065.
Please remember that your student cannot ride the bus until the contract is processed.
2025-26 School Year
2026-27 School Year
We are now accepting Bus Rider Contracts for the upcoming 2026-27 school year. Please complete and submit the 2026-27 contract by July 15, 2026 to secure transportation for the first day of school.
Contracts received after July 15 will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, after early-submission contracts. Transportation for the first three days of school cannot be guaranteed, and there may be a delay of up to 1-2 weeks into the school year.
Your child’s safety and timely transportation are our top priorities. Please remember that students cannot ride the bus until their contract is processed. Thank you for your partnership and understanding.

When you are inputting your street name, please look to see if there are street choices in the drop-down menu. If there are choices, then choose the appropriate one and then click the link to the right that says "use selected match." That should allow the system to find your correct information.
