Content Submission Process
Want to share your Midlothian ISD event announcement and information with district families?
Here’s everything you need to submit your content for consideration in district and campus communications. Following these guidelines will help ensure your information is complete, accessible and ready for publication across our communication channels. Whether you’re submitting a flyer, graphic, photo or announcement, start here to make sure every family can access the information they need.
Is Your Content Ready to Publish?
Flyers, graphics and photos help grab attention and tell our story. But not everyone experiences digital content in the same way. Essential information should never live only inside a flyer, graphic, infographic, image or QR code.
The simple rule is written content comes first, then the graphic. Images and graphics are meant to enhance what is written. Not replace it.
Text First. Graphics Second.
A reader should understand the message and know what to do without seeing the graphic or flyer.

Why This Matters
Accessible communication helps us reach more of our community. These practices also make information easier to use on mobile devices, with translation tools and assistive technology.
