Twenty Midlothian ISD staff teachers from across the district have been selected from a candidate pool of nearly 40 applicants to participate in the MISD inaugural cohort of the Campus Leader MPower Academy, or CLMA. These dynamic MISD educators are aspiring to grow into campus leadership roles in the future. The CLMA program focuses on leadership development and serves as the district's strategic leader succession planning that prepares staff to to take the next step in their career.
The Aspiring Campus Leader Program is one of several leader pipeline initiatives, including the Aspiring Principals Academy, that MISD has launched in the last three years as part of its Holdsworth Leadership Institute work.
